A partner program where you earn 20% commission on the subscription amount every time a CA firm you refer subscribes to QwikCA, India's practice management software for Chartered Accountants. You get a unique referral link, a dashboard to track clicks, signups and earnings, and payouts to your UPI ID or bank account.

Chartered Accountants, CA firms, tax consultants, accountants, finance professionals, business consultants, software consultants, professional communities, and creators in the accounting ecosystem. You do not need to be a QwikCA customer to join, though many of our best affiliates are.

No. Joining the QwikCA Affiliate Program is completely free — there are no fees, deposits, or purchase requirements. You only need a free affiliate account.

Your account and referral link are created instantly when you register. New accounts are reviewed by our team, typically within 2 business days. You can start sharing your link right away — clicks and referrals are tracked from day one.

You earn 20% of the eligible subscription amount (exclusive of GST) for every referred firm that subscribes to a paid QwikCA plan. For example, a Growth plan at ₹12,500/year earns you ₹2,500, and an Enterprise plan at ₹27,000/year earns you ₹5,400.

Commissions are marked Pending when a referred firm pays, Approved after the 30-day refund window passes, and Paid in the next monthly payout cycle once your approved balance crosses ₹500. Payouts are made in INR to your UPI ID or bank account.

Commissions currently apply to the first subscription payment of each referred firm. The program is built to support renewal commissions, and if we enable them the change will apply to your account automatically — any update will be announced in advance.

If a subscription is refunded or cancelled within the refund window, the related commission is reversed. This is why commissions are held as Pending before approval — it keeps the program sustainable and fair.

Affiliate commissions are income in your hands and you are responsible for your own taxes. We may need your PAN before releasing payouts and may deduct TDS where applicable under Indian law. Details are in the Affiliate Terms.

Your referral link carries your unique code (e.g. qwikca.in/?ref=AN12345). When someone clicks it, we store the code in a first-party cookie and browser storage for 90 days, so the attribution survives navigation across the QwikCA website. If that visitor signs up and subscribes within the window, the subscription is credited to you.

Ask them to click your link once before signing up — the 90-day attribution window does the rest. If a firm you personally referred signed up without your link, contact us with the details within 30 days and we'll review the attribution manually.

No. Self-referrals — subscribing through your own link for yourself, your firm, or accounts you control — are not eligible for commission and can lead to account suspension. The program rewards genuine referrals.

Your affiliate dashboard shows total clicks, signups, active referrals, paid customers, and your pending, approved and paid earnings — updated as events happen. Each referral appears with its plan, subscription amount, your commission, and its current status.

Yes — honest promotion only. No spam, no misleading claims about features or pricing, no bidding on QwikCA brand keywords in paid ads, and no representing yourself as QwikCA. The commission rate is set at the program level and can change with prior notice. Any change applies to commissions created after the change — commissions already earned are honoured at their original rate.
